Firm Foundation Christian School is a 1B member of the WIAA and competes in the Columbia Valley League. The Columbia Valley League consists of Firm Foundation, Columbia Adventist Academy, Three Rivers Christian, and the Washington School for the Deaf. Firm Foundation currently offers HS girls volleyball, HS boys basketball, and HS track. In the future, Firm Foundation hopes to offer HS Cross Country and HS girls basketball.

HS Girls Volleyball: Firm Foundation Christian School offers HS girls volleyball for students in grades 9-12. If needed, the WIAA allows any 1B classified school, including FFCS, to include students in 8th grade to fill the HS girls volleyball roster. The HS girls volleyball team consists of a JV team and a Varsity team. Practices typically begin in late August, and the season concludes in early November. Firm Foundation plays league games against other teams within the CVL, as well as non-league games against various opponents within the Clark County area.
All athletes must have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork in order to be considered eligible. Player registration is $150 for all athletes who wish to play HS girls volleyball.

HS Boys Basketball: Firm Foundation Christian School offers HS boys basketball for students in grades 9-12. If needed, the WIAA allows any 1B classified school, including FFCS, to include students in 8th grade to fill the HS boys basketball roster. The HS boys basketball team consists of a JV team and a Varsity team. Practices typically begin in mid November, and the season typically concludes in late February. Firm Foundation plays league games against other teams within the CVL, as well as non-league games against various opponents within the Clark County area.
All athletes must have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork in order to be considered eligible. Player registration is $150 for all athletes who wish to play HS boys basketball.

HS Track: Firm Foundation Christian School offers HS track for both male and female students in grades 9-12. If needed, the WIAA allows any 1B classified school, including FFCS, to include students in 8th grade to fill the HS track roster. The HS track team consists of a Varsity team. Practices typically begin in late February, and the season concludes in late May.
Due to the fact that the Columbia Valley League does not have an official track season, Firm Foundation enters various track meets as an independent team. Track meets are limited to invites from various schools located throughout Clark County. Typically, FFCS competes against schools from larger classifications (2B, 1A, 2A) before participating in the 1B district meet, against the 1B Coastal League. Athletes who place either 1st or 2nd in the 1B district meet automatically qualify for the 1B State track meet, held in Cheney, WA, at Eastern Washington University.
Events that athletes can participate include, but are not limited to, are sprints, shot put, discus, long jump, and long-distance events. Possible future events include the high jump, triple jump, hurdles, and javelin.
All athletes must have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork in order to be considered eligible. Player registration is $150 for all athletes who wish to participate in HS track.

Future Offerings:

HS Cross-Country: Firm Foundation Christian School hopes to implement their first HS Cross-Country team soon. Cross-Country would be offered to both male and female students in grades 9-12. Due to the fact that the Columbia Valley League does not have an official cross-country season, Firm Foundation would enter various cross-country meets as an independent team. Cross-Country meets are limited to invites from various schools located throughout Clark County. FFCS would more than likely compete against schools from larger classifications (2B, 1A, 2A) before participating in the 1B state meet, if an athlete qualifies.
Athletes would be required to have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork in order to be considered eligible.

HS Girls Basketball: Although Firm Foundation Christian School has offered HS girls basketball for students in grades 9-12 in the past, there has never been a team due to low player numbers. If a team is fielded, Firm Foundation would play league games against the other teams within the CVL, as well as non-league games against various opponents within the Clark County area.
All athletes must have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork in order to be considered eligible. Player registration is $150 for all athletes who wish to play HS girls basketball.
