The Metro Christian League consists of various Christian schools throughout Clark County and the Portland Metro area. Firm Foundation currently offers 5/6 girls volleyball, 7/8 girls volleyball, 5/6 boys basketball, 7/8 boys basketball, and MS track. The 5/6 girls volleyball team plays a smaller, more condensed schedule, and works on building basic skills and fundamentals. The 7/8 girls volleyball team plays a full schedule, with the top 6 teams qualifying for playoffs. Practices typically begin in late August, and the season typically concludes in late October. All athletes must have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork needed in order to be considered eligible. Player registration is $100 for all athletes who wish to play MS girls volleyball.

5/6 Boys Basketball and 7/8 Boys Basketball: Firm Foundation Christian School offers MS boys basketball for students in grades 5/6 and 7/8. The 5/6 boys basketball team plays a smaller, more condensed schedule, and works on building basic skills and fundamentals. The 5/6 boys basketball season precedes the 7/8 boys basketball season, and typically begins in early November and concludes in mid December.
The 7/8 boys basketball team plays a full schedule, with the top 6 teams qualifying for playoffs. The 7/8 boys basketball season typically begins in mid December and concludes in late February.
All athletes must have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork needed in order to be considered eligible. Player registration is $100 for all athletes who wish to play MS boys basketball.

MS Track: Firm Foundation Christian School offers MS track for both male and female students in grades 6-8. Practices typically begin in late February, and the season typically concludes in early May.
Events that athletes can participate in include, but are not limited to, sprints, shot put, discus, turbo-javelin, long jump, and long-distance events.
All athletes must have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork needed in order to be considered eligible. Player registration is $100 for all athletes who wish to participate in MS track.

Future Offerings:
MS Cross-Country: Firm Foundation Christian School hopes to implement their first MS Cross-Country team in the near future. Cross-Country would be offered to both male and female students in grades 6-8. Not all MCL schools offer cross-country, so meets limited to location availability.  If able to do so, MS Cross-Country would begin in late August.
Athletes would be required to have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork needed in order to be considered eligible.

MS Co-ed Soccer (8v8): Firm Foundation Christian School hopes to implement their first MS soccer team in the near future. MS soccer would be offered to both male and female students in grades 6-8. Due to facility restrictions, Firm Foundation would play opponents from the MCL in an 8v8 format, as opposed to the standard 11v11. If able to do so, MS soccer would begin in late August.
Athletes would be required to have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork needed in order to be considered eligible.

5/6 Girls Basketball and 7/8 Girls Basketball: Although Firm Foundation Christian School has offered 5/6 girls basketball and 7/8 girls basketball in the past, there has never been a team due to low player numbers. If a team is ever fielded, Firm Foundation would play league games against the other teams within the MCL.
All athletes must have an up-to-date sports physical, as well as any necessary paperwork needed in order to be considered eligible. Player registration is $100 for all athletes who wish to play MS girls basketball.
